The property was perfect with attentive and knowledgeable staff in particular Dan the Doorman, I liked the stay. Stunning and wonderful location to the theatres on Shaftesbury Avenue & shopping on Regent's street, met every demand.

The location was perfect for central london activities.
We had to pay extra for a twin bedded room. Lack of atmosphere. Room size smaller than advertised. Poor lighting.

First class service in a beautiful hotel which is located in the perfect position for exploring London.
It is quite small and slightly claustrophobic but space in this location will always come at a premium.

The location is excellent! The room was very nice, but the bed was so comfortable, that it was really hard to get out of there)) I would really advise this hotel for those who like comfort, nice surrounding and a touch of luxury. I really liked the fact that it is small, feels very nice!

Very nice bedroom accommodations except see below
. Bathroom design and functioning (1) impossible to shower without flooding the floor, need longer shower shield or curtain (2) sink design , basin area too small (3) basin drained v slowly, though staff member claimed it was acting normally . internet access for I- Pad was a problem

We loved staying here, it's silent and luxurious hotel with pleasant staff in particular Dan the Doorman. The venue had a marvellous location just close to Jermyn Street. There was a cozy bar and excellent food at the Michelin star rated restaurant.

It was close to where we wanted to be. We could park our car and forget it. The staffs are all extremely nice. Decor lovely in both our room and public areas
The room was a bit small The hairdryer for a five star hotel was awful. Did not like the pillows however, my partner had no issue with them. And last but not least the original cost on you web for the hotel was £480 however this went to £636.66 I know that some cost was because of the parking, there were service charges plus my partner had a cooked breakfast and was charged an extra £6 for each day as far as I was aware there was nothing saying continental breakfast and extra for cooked? Also there was a addition 12.5% service charge on top of the 5% mentioned in the booking I would recommend to friends but with reservations

Great quiet location in The West End
The "Deluxe" room was tiny and had one very small vertical window. The aircon did not work and the room was so hot that it kept me awake.

The room we booked from the website is very different from the room we stayed. It looked much bigger and better than the one we stayed.

Excellent staff
There were many hidden charges. 5% room service charge per day, 12% food and beverage charge per day. Extra charge for breakfast when it was included in the price. They also tried to charge us the wrong price, higher than agreed with you. Room small and dingy for the price. Breakfast choice poor and they forgot the bacon and toast.
